WHAT IS LXI,VXI,ZXI,-VTECH .....??

                          We are all watching different cars everyday but we didn't know the meaning of very well known names for example lxi ,vxi , zxi , i-vtech , ABS , 2.0L ENGINE , TDI.....

                                                                                                                                                                             

As a mechanical engineer we must aware of all these names                   

TDI  - Turbo charged direct injection

I-VTECH -  Intellegent variable timing and lift electronic control

ABS - Anti lock braking system

                                                        2.0L ENGINE -                                                                                                      Simply explained, if you put all the pistons at the bottom of the engineand poured say water in the cylinders, the amount you would require to fill all the cylinders is 2 litres for a 2.0 engine capacity. In other words each cylinder requires half a litre for a 4-cylinder engine

LXI - IT MEANS THAT XI STANDS THAT ITS A PETROL CAR.L STANDS FOR BASE MODEL

VXI - IT MEANS ITS A FULL OPTION CAR AND AS XI ITS PETROL 

ZXI - ITS ADDED FEATURED CAR FOR FULL OPTION PETROL CAR LIKE ABS,AIRBAG ETC 
ITS THE MARUTI STYLE OF DETERMINATION AND ITS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FOR OTHER COMPANIES

IF U SEE LDI,VDI,ZDI,ITS THE CAR WITH RESPECTIVE FEATURES AND THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT IT REPLACES XI WITH DI WHICH MEANS THE CAR IS DIESEL.
